We can never have too many musicians and artists in the community of faith. We need singers, pianists, drummers, bassists, and guitarists. We want to incorporate brass, strings and woodwind instruments - maybe even bagpipes if we can find them!
We allow artists to participate based on talent, but more importantly on character. We are all sinners saved by grace and there is no elated status afforded to worship leaders and players. It is expected however, that those who serve in worship are living it out 24-7. Worship is primarily about our personal relationship with God, and if that is not intact there can be no ministry.
