Seller Guidelines

 

  • A 10x10 canopy is recommended for shade. The church has a limited number of canopies available to be borrowed for the day.

  • You will be assigned a booth. Unloading and setup of your booth starts at 8:00 AM and you must clean up your booth area by 5:00 PM. Take all unsold goods with you.

  • Sellers can keep the proceeds of their sales.

  • Note that the selling of cooked food is not allowed because it requires a license.

  • Items for sale may not have any of the following:

    • Profane/cursing, suggestive language, sexual innuendos (in any language).

    • Anything irreverent or blasphemous in nature. 

    • Depicting or describing violence.

    • Nudity or suggestive behavior.

    • Please comply promptly if asked to remove sale items that the church leadership deems violates the guidelines above.

 

Volunteers Needed



  • Two to four people to direct traffic in the parking lot starting from 8AM to 5PM

  • At least two people who will share the Gospel, talk to people about our church, and/or pray for people for the duration of the event.

 

Event Cancellation Criteria

 

  • If the town cancels due to rain (there is no rain date for the FBCM event)
