

Seller Guidelines

A 10x10 canopy is recommended for shade. The church has a limited number of canopies available to be borrowed for the day.

You will be assigned a booth. Unloading and setup of your booth starts at 8:00 AM and you must clean up your booth area by 5:00 PM. Take all unsold goods with you.

Sellers can keep the proceeds of their sales.

Note that the selling of cooked food is not allowed because it requires a license.

Items for sale may not have any of the following:

Profane/cursing, suggestive language, sexual innuendos (in any language).

Anything irreverent or blasphemous in nature.
-
Depicting or describing violence.
-
Nudity or suggestive behavior.
-
Please comply promptly if asked to remove sale items that the church leadership deems violates the guidelines above.

Volunteers Needed

Two to four people to direct traffic in the parking lot starting from 8AM to 5PM
-
At least two people who will share the Gospel, talk to people about our church, and/or pray for people for the duration of the event.
Event Cancellation Criteria

If the town cancels due to rain (there is no rain date for the FBCM event)
